Mr Russell is responsible for Total Quality Management systems and the management of all regulatory activities across the Medical Device and Diagnostic division across Europe and the United States. In total, David has 23 years of experience within Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, 16 of which are within the Medical Device industry, holding senior roles within Boston Scientific and Covidien Inc.
